Each edition of the Space Congress is centred on one Orbital Hub, surrounded by a constellation of regional nodes. - The Orbital Hub hosts plenary sessions, core assemblies and flagship governance games. - Regional hosts organise linked events that feed into the same scenarios and publish through The Substrate. - Outputs from assemblies across the network are aggregated at the hub, synthesised, and transmitted to partner institutions such as UNOOSA, IISL and International Astronautical Federation. The hub is thus both a symbolic “capital” for that orbit and a relay station between local assemblies and global institutions.
