Purpose Of Orbital Hubs

Orbital Hubs serve several purposes at once. - Provide a physical focal point for each edition of the Space Congress. - Anchor a particular theme, such as development, dark-sky commons or ocean–space connections. - Give smaller or emerging space actors a visible hosting role. - Act as convening points for regional assemblies and hybrid gatherings. - Embody the principle that space governance should be geographically and politically distributed. Rather than competing with traditional “space capitals”, Orbital Hubs complement them by drawing attention to overlooked locations, histories and communities.
